Parainema coffee from the Liquidambar farm in the Francisco Morazan region of Honduras. On the farm, cherries are manually harvested at peak ripeness, dried in sealed barrels for 24-48 hours, washed and finally dried again on unshaded raised beds for 12-15 days.

The spring equinox represents a time of year when the day lasts as long as the night and for many it means that spring is here. We wanted to celebrate this astronomical event with a blend that celebrates the spring. The Equinox blend has equal parts of Guatemala Las Marias and Honduras Alexia Mejia. We are tasting notes of key lime, melon and honeysuckle.
